With a strong career track record in Business Development Stuart has a natural talent for Business Strategy as well as strong Operational, Sales and Marketing leadership experience.

- The driver of Brand Sales, Marketing and Retention Programmes for 26 leisure facilities across the UK, with an annual turnover of £42 million
- Head-hunted as Leisure Director for Alfred McAlpine Business Services and delivering £0 – £26 million turnover within 2 years
- Owned and successfully sold a 5000 sq. ft London-based Health Club and Boutique Spinning Studio in Holborn
- Jointly owned a successful Sales & Marketing Company and Sports Nutrition Business for over 15 years with a £2 million turnover per annum.

Sharon has developed and delivered Business Growth Strategies across a range of industries including Legal, Professional Services, Retail, Leisure, Health, Tourism, Hospitality and Technology, in public and private sectors and across B2B and B2C environments. Sharon’s work is progressive and results-driven with a customer-centric approach and a commercial focus.
